The Greater Cincinnati Executive Business Accelerator (EBA) is a key training program offered to Strategic Partners.  The EBA is tailored for business owners who are looking to move their business to the next level of growth and potential.

The Greater Cincinnati Northern Kentucky African American Chamber of Commerce, the Cincinnati Minority Business Assistance Center and the Collective Empowerment Group of Greater Cincinnati with the support of Fifth Third Bank has formed a partnership to bring African American business owners of Cincinnati,  StreetWise MBA™  curriculum developed by Interise, in Boston. The EBA was created to provide business owners with the business knowledge, management know-how, and the networks needed to grow established small businesses. The EBA provides business owners the opportunity to work on their business and not just in their business. Graduates of this program have increased their annual revenue significantly and hired additional staff.

The inaugural launch of EBA began in September 2018 thru April 2019 with a charter class of 9 CEOs.  The EBA is intense and according to Jean Horstman, former CEO of Interise, “When small businesses grow, the community grows stronger – this is what Interise stands for.”
